The Bed was very comfortable! The Hotel Business room 9th floor. Do not be fooled this hotel should be three or less stars. It is very tired the rooms look good on the pictures only. My room two windows one screwed shut the other not closing properly so maintenance came a screwed this one shut so no fresh air. The bathroom silicone city water does not get hot. The carpet not vacuumed in ages i happened to have a clothes roller with me so did a test, covered in hairs and bits, hate to think. the chairs not great condition and the desk chair back legs broken. The food Indian style and mostly cold, omelet filed with remaining few pieces of veg before chef realized more people coming so went to get more, found myself listening to other peoples loud telephone conversation or what they were watching on U tube rather than the background music what is the world coming to no manners. Staff slow and not really with it. House keeping manager does not manage housekeeping. Hold your breath if you dare stay and that is even more true if you are using the lift as the fragrance dispenser tries to fumigate you before you reach your floor. Of course i complained they changed the desk chair, vacuumed the carpet and the housekeeping manager who was very smart and nice apologized. Checked out changed hotel. Oh swimming pool out of use. but the one in the next tower available if you want the journey. Nothing personal just the facts this hotel could be great. Will not add pictures this review is enough i think.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to nearly all emenities that you would need, shopping malls in both directions. Ann's Spa was a great place to unwind after walking around the area seeing what was available. Will return again

Al Safir Hotel is a good catch.🥰 Aside from affordable room rates, the cleanliness is finese. The staffs are lovely and very accomodating. The area is very accessible to almost everything; malls, cenima, resorts and food. All in walking distance. A quiet area to stay.
